The ministry of Victory outreach was born from the heart of God and was executed through the obedience of Pastor Sonny Arguinzoni, an ex-drug addict from New York City. Obeying the call of God with a humble beginning Pastor Sonny, along with his wife, Sister Julie, began their ministry in East Los Angeles, California in 1967. Today Victory Outreach has grown into a worldwide ministry. And is the recognized leader in the field of sustainable transformational ministry. Since 1967 we have helped thousands of people take control of their lives.
